Darzi Pro is a tailor shop management service operated by Iqra Virtual Solution, based in Peshawar, Pakistan. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

In short: we collect what the app needs to run your shop, we don't sell your data, and you can delete your account at any time. The customer information a shop enters belongs to that shop.

1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to shop owners and staff who use Darzi Pro ("you"), and to the information you store in the app about your own customers.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

Account and shop details: your name, email, phone number, shop name, address and logo.
Customer records you create: your customers' names, phone numbers, addresses, measurements (naap), order details and any garment or design photos you upload.
Payment information when you subscribe to a paid plan.

Information collected automatically

Basic technical data needed to keep the service secure and working, such as device type, app version and error logs.

3. How we use your information

To provide the app's features — storing customers, orders, measurements, billing and reports.
To process your subscription and send you service messages (for example, order or renewal notifications you choose to use).
To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems.
To improve the app.

4. Your customers' data

When you enter information about your own customers, you are responsible for that information and for having their permission to store it. Darzi Pro processes it on your behalf so you can run your shop. We do not use your customers' records for any purpose of our own.

5. Payments

Paid subscriptions are handled securely. We do not store your complete card details; our payment gateways process transactions in compliance with financial security standards. We maintain records of plan types, billing cycles, and payment confirmations.

6. How your data is stored and protected

Your data is stored on secure servers that we manage. Access is restricted so that each shop can only see its own data, connections are encrypted with modern SSL/TLS, and passwords are stored in a salted cryptographic hash form. We take industry-standard measures to protect your shop's information.

7. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with trusted service providers that help us operate Darzi Pro (such as payment processing and notification gateways), and only as strictly needed, or where required by the applicable laws of Pakistan.

8. Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your data while your account is active. If you choose to delete your account, you can request full data removal, and your shop's records will be permanently purged from our active systems.

9. Children

Darzi Pro is a commercial shop management tool designed for business use. We do not knowingly create accounts for anyone under 18 years of age.

10. Your rights

You have full access to view, correct, export, or delete your customer and shop records at any time directly through the application, or by reaching out to our support team.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Whenever significant updates are made, we will revise the date above and announce notifications within the application.
