These terms govern your use of Darzi Pro, operated by Iqra Virtual Solution. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

1. The service

Darzi Pro is software that helps tailor shops manage customers, measurements, orders, billing, printing and reports. We may add, change or remove features over time to improve the app.

2. Your account

You must give accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by your staff. Darzi Pro is for business use by people aged 18 or over.

3. Plans, billing and the free trial

You can start on a free trial with certain limits. Paid plans unlock higher or unlimited usage.
Subscription prices, limits and billing periods are shown in the app before you confirm. Monthly plans renew until you cancel.
Unless stated otherwise, payments are not refundable for time already used.

4. Founding Member plan

The Founding Member plan is a one-time promotional offer. Its exact figures — the activation fee, the length of the free period, and the lifetime discount percentage — are set by Darzi Pro and shown to you at the time of purchase.

On activation you receive a free usage period during which no monthly fee is charged.
After the free period ends, standard monthly pricing applies.
As a Founding Member, any paid plan you subscribe to afterwards is given a lifetime discount at the percentage shown when you joined.
The offer may be limited to a number of slots and may be withdrawn for new sign-ups at any time. Terms shown at checkout apply to your purchase.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Darzi Pro for anything unlawful, don't try to break or overload the service, and don't attempt to access another shop's data. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Your content and your customers

The data you enter stays yours. You are responsible for the customer information you store and for having permission to store it. You grant us the limited permission needed to host and process that data so the app can work for you.

7. Availability

We work to keep Darzi Pro available and reliable, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance, updates or events outside our control may cause short interruptions.

8. Limitation of liability

Darzi Pro is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or profit. Keep your own records of anything critical to your business.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using Darzi Pro and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms. On deletion, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Darzi Pro means you accept the updated terms.
